A unique team of managing partners. 

  • One of our managing partners, Gary Nuila, is an attorney, a graduate of Harvard Law School and a member of the Utah Bar. Gary acts as general counsel for our company and focuses his private practice on real estate law. Our other managing partner, Robert Strain, studied facilities management at Brigham Young University and has over a decade of on-the-ground experience Utah property management, including managing remodel, construction and renovation projects. Besides his experience with standard property management, he offers special expertise in evaluating and improving the physical condition of the properties we manage in Utah.
