No other fees unless you sign up for a parking pass, which is $10/month. We also have lots of free street parking around the complex, and have never received a complaint regarding finding a spot!

Deposit: $420 (fully refundable), with a $150 contract initiation fee.


Westwood is fully furnished, has in unit laundry, and is renovated! It will also be getting some upgrades for Fall 2026! Planned new amenities
